Our first round of the 21 Day Fix workout schedule, we followed it to a T. We added in the bonus workouts in week 3, and we also did the 3 Day Quick Fix at the end.

What workouts are included?
You receive 8 workouts to mix in throughout the 21 Day Fix workout calendar.

You’ll also receive 2 bonus workouts if you choose to do Beachbody On Demand’s All Access Pass. Autumn has shot two brand new workouts you can mix into the workout schedule. They are exclusive to streaming customers.
How long are the workouts in the 21 Day Fix schedule?
Each workout, including the advanced and bonus workouts on Demand, are all 30 minutes long. The only one that isn’t is 10-minute abs.
What do I need equipment wise for the 21 Day Fix workout plan?
You’ll want to have a pair of light and heavy weights and a yoga mat. We personally used a set of 5lb dumbbells and a set of 8lbs. You may prefer something as small as 3lbs each up to 10lbs each for your heavy set.
A little hack that you can do if you’re building up your strength is to use soup cans instead of dumbbells. They are about the same size as a dumbbell and will help you build up to 3lbs or more.
Should I follow the 21 Day Fix Calendar completely?
Definitely! The 21 Day Fix calendar was created in a specific order to make sure you get maximum results in 3 weeks. You need to have a day of rest between working your muscles, and those active recovery days (pilates and yoga) are just as important as your tougher workouts. Do your best not to skip or change the calendar for best results.
How can I get the BEST results?
The best way to see max results is to follow the 21 Day Fix workout plan exactly. You can also make sure you’re eating the right amount of containers and choose options from the top of the approved food list because they are the densest in nutrition.
You may also choose to do the double workouts and the 3 Day Quick Fix in week 3 for max results.
If you still don’t see the results you’d like, you might need to bump up to the 21 Day Fix Extreme option. The workouts are a little harder, and the meal plan includes a “Countdown to Competition” option. You might also check out Hammer & Chisel if you have a little longer to workout each day.
Can I make the 21 Day Fix a hybrid?
Totally! We have a few options we’ve tried. Our favorites were the PiYo, 22 Minute Hard Corps and Cize Hybrids. If you love hybrids like we do, you might consider Beachbody On Demand’s All Access Pass because it allows you to stream every Beachbody workout for 1 price per year!
