Mixing up your routine a great way to break fitness plateau to get your best results!   1. Thank you very much for your great effort. I am 31 old female weight 145.2lb and 5.3 i did slim in 6 and one week of CLX i have a big celebration in my so i want to look great, i was thinking of doing the hybrid what do you think?

    1. Hey Faith,

      Congrats on finishing Slim in 6! How were your results? When is your event? I’m planning for a Spring and Summer trip now, and I am cleaning up my diet to get the max results in time for everything. I think the hybrid plus following the nutrition guide with Insanity will give you awesome results! Do you have any problems with your knees? I just ask because Insanity has a lot of jumping. I also like TurboFire which is Chalene’s cardio program. Have you heard of it? Both Insanity and CLX or TurboFire and CLX will help you reach your weight loss goals. Do you have an accountability group or coach to help you decide, figure out your calories, and keep you motivated?

  2. For cardio near the end is it both fast and furious and pur cardio or is it one or the other? Starting this on Sunday!!!!
