  1. I forgot all about my hip hop abs!! I have had that forever… Shaun T cracks me up it that video… especially after seeing him in Insanity!

    1. I know!! Me too! I did Insanity first, and I had to laugh at him during Hip Hop Abs. It is a fun workout to break out every now and then though :)

  2. How can i make one for me using the 1st set of hha and TJ? And is secerets to flat ab a workout??? It just teaches some basic or there is another workout?

    1. This hybrid is just hha and TJ? You can always customize it to the discs you have though. The secrets to flat abs is a workout, but you could use any ab workout. ;)
