  1. I am interested in doing Les Mills, Chalean Extreme, and Turbo Fire. Do you any recommendations on how to incorporate all three of these workouts?

      I have been working on one of these for my personal use right now too :) For month 1, I followed the Les Mills Strength Workouts basically MWF and on Tuesday/Thursday I mixed in TurboFire. Then in Month 2, I did ChaLEAN Burn Circuits MWF and TurboFire on TT. Month 3, I did month two of Les Mills MWF and so on. Does that make sense? What are your fitness goals? Are you following the meal plans? I plan on using Les Mills’ nutrition guide the whole time. What about you?
