I have been mixing Les Mills PUMP, TurboFire, and ChaLEAN Extreme together, but a friend sent me a P90X TurboFire Body Beast Hybrid. She is a tough chickie with an amazing body so I had to share it with you!

P90X TurboFire Body Beast Hybrid Workout Schedule

Week 1-3
Monday – Chest and Back (P90X)
Tuesday – PlyoX or  Fire45
Wednesday – Legs and Back (P90X)
Thursday – Yogax or Sculpt 30 + Core30
Friday – Shoulders and Arms (P90X)
Saturday – Rest
Sunday – Bulk Legs (Body Beast)

Week 4

Monday – Yoga or Sculpt 30 + Core20
Tuesday – CoreS (P90X)
Wednesday – Fire45
THursday – XStretch or Stretch10
Friday – CoreS
Saturday – Rest
Sunday – Fire45

Week 5-7

Monday – Back and Bi (P90X)
Tuesday – PlyoX or Fire45
Wednesday – Legs and Back
Thursday – YogaX or Sculpt 30 + Core 20
Friday – Chest Shoulders Tris (P90X)
Saturday – Rest
Sunday – Bulk Legs (Body Beast)

Week 8 (Same as week 4)

Monday – Yoga or Sculpt 30 + Core20
Tuesday – CoreS (P90X)
Wednesday – Fire45
THursday – XStretch or Stretch10
Friday – CoreS
Saturday – Rest
Sunday – Fire45

The P90X TurboFire Body Beast Hybrid is really an advanced workout schedule so as always consult your doctor and don’t push yourself too hard.   1. I like your hybrid schedules.
    A response is appreciated.
    I have to maintain my Martial Arts while on the 90 Day programs.
    I can either do 20 minutes of MA practice as a warm-up before Body Beast or the P 90 X strength workouts.
    The BB bulk being only 30 would fit in nicely.
    I don’t need excess flexibility work or cardio since my 20 minutes MA covers that.
    Looking for physique and muscle to compliment my MA without overtraining.
