Mixing up your routine a great way to break fitness plateau to get your best results!   1. I love P90X and Les Mills! I’m doing P90X (again) modified to work with training for my first 50 mile race and have been considering creating a hybrid workout next. Maybe I need Insanity :)

    1. That sounds like a lot of fun!! I love the mix of light weights with PUMP and the heavy weights with P90X. It sounds like if you’re running a 50 mile race you’re doing just as much as Insanity if not more!! That is so cool! When is the big day?
