This hybrid is a great mix of heavy strength training and cardio endurance. The T25 Body Beast Hybrid is a high intensity workout so modify it to suit YOUR needs. No one certain exercise routine is going to be what’s best for each unique person. It’s important to listen to  YOUR body & find what works well for YOU long-term. Also, remember you should follow both program’s health protocol and check with your doctor before beginning a hybrid.

The T25 Body Beast Hybrid is a great way to mix up your routine and break a fitness plateau. Also, remember to hydrate & be fueled with waterShakeology, and as many whole foods as possible. In addition, you want to be within your calorie range for optimal energy (Find your calorie range here) for fat burning and muscle building and/or maintenance!

Week 2

Thursday: Build: Shoulders/ Alpha Cardio

Week 3

Sunday: Rest, Yoga, or Stretch

Phase 3 (Gamma needed! Time to BULK)

*If you don’t have Gamma use Beta in it’s place, but you will lose some of the resistance training from Gamma.

Week 9

Monday: Gamma Extreme Circuit/ Core Speed
Tuesday: Gamma Speed 3.0
Wednesday: Beast: Total Body/ Lucky 7
Thursday: Build: Shoulders/ Gamma The Pyramid
Friday: Build: Legs/ Best Abs

Sunday: Bulk: Chest/ Bulk Back

Week 10

Monday: Gamma Rip’t Up/ Bulk Arms
Tuesday: Gamma Speed / Beta Dynamic Core
Wednesday: Gamma The Pyramid/ Lucky 7
Thursday: Bulk: Shoulders/ Beast Abs
Friday: Bulk: Legs

Sunday: Build: Chest, Tri’s/ Beast Abs

Week 11

Monday: Build Back, Biceps/ Beast Abs
Tuesday: Gamma Speed 3.0
Wednesday: Beast Total Body/ Gamma Extreme Circuit

  3. Thank you! I just started the BEAST and am in BULK Phase (just started this week) I knew I wanted more cardio so I added my T25, so happy to see this. 2 Questions: 1. Should I start on week 5 since that is where I am with The Beast now (Bulk)? 2. Do you think doing 1 Beast and 1 T25 a day would be to much? I sit all day with my job. Do you have a Hybrid for daily doubles? Thinking week 4 would still need to be a recovery w/out doubles?

  4. Hi Im looking to loose 20 lbs wuch of the hybrid is best for me I have ficus t 25 and is excellent but im stick un 185 lbs i was thinking focus t 25 with beast body… what you sugest..???

  5. I plan on starting this plan tomorrow. Do you think it would be ok to use the 21 day fix meal plan while doing this hybrid? I’m looking to drop about 5-10 pounds and gain lean muscle during the plan. Any suggestions?
