Weeks 2-4

Monday: Chalene Extreme (CEX) Burn 1 and CEX Ab Burner

Tuesday: TJC Kick, Punch & Jam

Wednesday: CEX Burn 2 and CEX Ab Burner

Thursday: TJC Cardio Party Cardio Party
