  1. Hi there, I just finished INSANITY and looking for a hybrid schedule that incorporates BBL. The schedules I am finding include Leandro’s Secret Weapon which I don’t have, I only have the regular 3 dvd’s. What can I use in lieu of that? Thanks for your help!

    1. Hi Bridgette! Congrats on finishing up Insanity!! That’s huge! :) If you do the TurboFire/BBL hybrid, you could either do the 15 or 20 minute HIIT workout or the BBL Cardio Axe. The Secret Weapon workout is 20 minutes long and uses sculpting moves in cardio if that helps. You can also buy the one DVD for $19.95, but that is really up to you. I would say any of the 3 options would be great. Do you coach for Beachbody? You would get a discount is why I ask :)

    1. It should have come with your TurboFire. It’s a 10 minute ab workout by Chalene. If you don’t have it though I would just chose a variety of ab/core moves for the same time length. If you need any help feel free to email me :) soreykalee@yahoo.com

  2. This is a mix of Turbo Fire Advanced and BBL…so some of us don’t have the Fire 60, Abs 10 or HIIT 15…I’m not sure what other workouts are on those extra 5 dvds.

  3. @Mellodoon – I try to do every other day as strength to allow your muscles time to recover. It is important when doing a hybrid that you mix in cardio and strength workouts to get the maximum results and prevent injury from overusing one set of muscles. Does that make sense?

  4. Hi.. quick question… I found all the workouts.. but can’t seem to find Stretch 40.. is that included but just not named in the workout dvd breakdown? ?

    1. Hey Jessica,

      Depending on when you bought TurboFire will effect whether you have it or not. You can substitute Stretch 40 with a regular yoga DVD as well. How is TurboFire and Brazil Butt Life going?

  7. i was considering to start turbo fire to lose weight, but since my main issue is my legs and my buttocks, i thought this program is more suitable for my needs, so i’m starting it today. the question is, with this hybrid program can i lose weight as fast as turbo fire alone? and what results should i expect from this program? thank you :)

    1. I think your doing great by choosing the TurboFire Brazil Butt Lift hybrid. Have you tried either workout on its own before? I think the mixture will really help you lose weight and tone your problem areas (which are the same as mine by the way). :)

      Your diet will help a LOT with your weight loss too. I would follow either TurboFire or Brazil Butt Lift’s nutrition guide. I also love the Whole 30. Have you heard of it?

      Also, do you have a Beachbody coach? I just ask because they will be able to help you as well. My mom and I also host a private accountability group on Facebook where everyone can share their questions, tips, motivation, etc. :) Would that be something you’d like?

    I have lost all the weight that I was trying to lose in 2013, I am looking to tone my Butt because I have a lot or cellulite going on there :( does this hybrid give good results? I tried to do BBL but I got bored this is why I am looking at the hybrid to keep me interested, how good are the results and when do i start feeling the difference?

    1. Hey Hadeel,

      I would maybe try a hybrid with ChaLEAN Extreme or something with more strength in it. Does that make sense? I think this hybrid will help, but something with even MORE strength training will really zap that cellulite. Also staying hydrated and eating a balanced, healthy diet will help. Does that make sense? Do you have a coach to help you as well?   9. Finally!! A hybrid for my 2 favorite BeachBody DVDs!! Thank you so much for putting this together! I just completed week 1 and am down 2.5 lbs!! :-) BBL always left me longing for cardio, but TF made me miss Leandros great moves – so this is perfect!! Thank you :-)

  10. I’m just staring my BETA phase of t25 and am anxiously awaiting my ‘next’ workout routine (not that I don’t love t25 just excited for Turbofire and BBL). I am excited for BBL as my rear is the area that I need the most help (I’m definitely a pear) and I hadn’t thought about doing Turbofire with it. Can I expect to see the same results hybriding the two programs together as I can by using them separately? Or can I expect BETTER results?

  11. I don’t have 45 ez and 55ez. I just have fire 45 and 55. Which I think my sisters does. But what is the difference.
