TurboFire Schedule and Printable Workout Calendar – 20 Week Plan

Chalene Johnson‘s TurboFire is what finally had me enjoying cardio workouts. I hate running, biking, and bootcamp classes. I never thought I would look forward to a heart pounding cardio session, but TurboFire totally changed my mind.

I’m assuming you have TurboFire if you’re looking for the TurboFire Schedule. But just in case TurboFire is new to you – the cardio workout combines music, dancing, kickboxing, high intensity intervals, and muscle toning moves all into one.

The original TurboFire schedule is 20 weeks long, but there is also other hybrid workouts available to use with the TurboFire program.

    I purchased Turbo Fire and really enjoyed it. However, I lost my calendar and I have been trying for about two months to get the correct Turbo Fire Fire Starter Workout Schedule. This is a great program but there are several versions and customer service only provide the updated version regardless to which version you purchased. So, the take away is don’t lose your schedule.
