So to be perfectly honest Safe House wasn’t very good. I don’t like Ryan Reynolds all that much–Am I the only woman that would choose Vince Vaughn over him? — but the story sounded so good. Jake and I agreed, it wasn’t as twisted as we had hoped, but I won’t say anything more than that.
I am starting a 30 Day Chalene Johnson Challenge today with 8 other friends. I will be honest, I have been awful about creating a consistent workout schedule since I started working. I feel guilty and even kind of shameful about it–people expect me to be a role model and workout! I am hoping this challenge and the motivational series will get me back to where I need to be. Luckily my diet has been okay so I haven’t gained much (still got those 2-3 lbs), but I am ready to see my triceps again! I am doing a different workout schedule this time, and I can’t wait to share it! Here is the first week:
