Sunday is my grocery shopping day, and this week we went to Whole Foods. It’s a hike out to even the closest one so
needless to say we splurged on a few things! Mama Chia, black bean hummus, frozen berries, and some fresh strawberries to make a chia jam recipe in last month’s Oxygen magazine.
Today I enjoyed one of my absolute favorite (and easy) breakfasts. I normally don’t allow cereal in the house because I have a problem with eating a normal portion of it. I couldn’t resist Cascadian Farm’s Cinnamon & Raisin Granola this week though! 3/4 a cup with milk is 250 calories and so good.
My mom and I had today off for Martin Luther King Jr. Day and decided to go to Target to pick up stuff for mine and Jake’s birthday party this weekend. :D I ended up picking him up something, but just in case he reads this
ha! I won’t post what it is until Saturday. We also found this little beauty…
I am finally feeling completely over the Christmas hangover after eating clean for 2 weeks now. My pants are fitting so much better!! I am still far from a fitness model by any means, but I am feeling good.
