How is it made?
Vega Protein Cashewmilk Yogurt Alternative is made similar to yogurt, but it starts with cashewmilk and pea protein that gets fermented.
After the cashewmilk and pea protein is pasteurized, the live and active cultures S. thermophilus, L. bulgaricus, and Bifidobacterium lactis are added.
Then, they incubate it for just the perfect amount of time and at the right temperature that enables fermentation to take place.
This ready-to-go snack fits into our busy, active lifestyle, and it makes food fun and easy. It’s also such a simple breakfast option.
