Does P90X really work?

Yes, P90X is very effective!   The program includes lifting heavy weights, cardio, and HIIT (high intensity interval training) to help you see results quickly.

Who should do P90X?

Someone with exercise experience that is looking to build lean muscle and burn fat would enjoy P90X.

P90X Equipment List:

Dumbbells or resistance bands are required for the workouts.  You may also want: - a pull-up bar - exercise mat (or yoga mat), -Power Stands - heart rate monitor.

The P90X Schedules

There are 3 calendar options: Classic Lean and Doubles. Each workout schedule  requires about 1 hour  6-7 days a week.  Each calendar also includes a recovery week.

What about P90X2 & P90X3?

Both P90X2 and P90X3 are 90 day programs developed by Tony Horton and Beachbody. P90X2 is harder than the original, P90X.  P90X3 is P90X condensed into 30 minute workouts.
