This Polar FT4F Heart Rate Monitor Watch is on the top of my Christmas list.
The Polar heart rate monitor watch “will indicate when you are improving on previous fitness levels, giving you that extra push.”
The basic features are all really cool too.
- calculates your target zone
- shows heart rate (% of your max rate)
- keeps the date and time
- has a user replacement battery.
I’ve heard the batteries in other brands can be a huge pain to change so this beauty made my list. It also helps that it is pink.
It also has a band so that you can attach the monitor to your chest for a more accurate read, but I don’t think I would like that option. The band is a rubber-type material which looks light and comfortable for even strength training workouts.
