Mixing up your routine a great way to break fitness plateau to get your best results! Also, remember to hydrate & be fueled with water, Shakeology, Results & Recovery formula, and as many whole foods as possible. I want to lose 30 pounds I already have Turbo Fire and Insanity would you recommend this to lose all that weight?

Have you tried both programs individually before? What did you think about them? Were they difficult but not impossible? I just ask because both are advanced workouts. Also, do you have the nutrition plans handy? They will help you lose the weight along with the workouts. Does that make sense? Do you know how many calories you should be eating? Both workouts burn a ton of calories. I think, as long as you are ready for both tough workouts, that the hybrid plus following the nutrition plans would be a great ,healthy way to lose 30lbs (about 2lbs a week is a good, healthy goal for lasting weight loss). Does that sound reasonable?

This is my last week on insanity. I saw this hybrid program on Pinterest and I can’t wait to start it on Sunday! Insanity was really tough and I’ve never acomplished something so huge in my life, so now i’m ready for this! I will keep you posted on my results :)
Hi! I just have a quick question I have done both Insanity and TurboFire separately and have seen results. So, that is why I would like to do this hybrid and I have been stuck in a plateau for a while. But my main question is which nutrition guide should I follow especially for the amount of calories I should eat? I always have trouble with the nutrition part so I am hoping I can stick to this with the right foods and nutrition. I am hoping to lose at least 20 pounds with this hybrid. Thanks so much! :)
