I have one week to go and was getting ready to purchase Turbofire or Power 90. Now that I have seen this schedule I will do this hybrid. I haven’t lost much weight with Slim in 6 – I have done it before but not consistently and lost 12 pounds and a dress size and a half in four weeks. This time around I am doing it for the full 6 weeks and have lost maybe 6 pounds but the inches are melting off!! Thanks for this schedule.
Congratulations on finishing up Slim in 6!! It sounds like your results have still been really good this round. Inches are also really nice even if the scale doesn’t budge because that’s what people actually SEE and effects how yours clothes fit. I think you’ll really like the hybrid since you’ve done Slim in 6 twice now.
