Why I Decided to Try AirDoctor

The deeper we got into learning about non-toxic living, the more I realized how many toxins hide in plain sight.

The “i” in 3500i stands for WiFi — meaning you can control it from the AirDoctor app or monitor air quality remotely. I don’t use the app much, but it’s a nice feature if you travel or like to check data.

One of my favorite things about this purifier is that it’s completely automatic. You can turn it on Auto Mode, and it adjusts fan speed based on what it detects in the air.

Does the AirDoctor Help with Odors?

Yes! This was one of the first things I noticed.

Cooking smells don’t linger as long, and the “dog smell” that used to hit me after coming home from errands is almost nonexistent now.

The carbon filter does a great job absorbing odors without masking them with fake scents.

How Loud Is the AirDoctor 3500i?

It’s pretty quiet.

On Auto Mode, it’s about as loud as a soft fan (30–40 decibels). When it detects something in the air, it can get louder for 15–30 seconds, but then it drops back down.
