If you’ve ever wondered if a fat burner would actually help you lose weight, I was happy to be your test subject. I took Naked Nutrition’s thermogenic fat burner called, Burn, for one week, and now I’m here to share what a fat burner is and my results!

Fat burner supplements are designed for people wanting to lose weight. They can include natural and synthetic ingredients, and not all of them have clinic trials to support their claims. So it’s important to do some research before taking a fat burner.

Do fat burners actually work?

How long does it take to see results?

While everyone is different, Naked’s Burn has been clinically shown to be effective in significant and noticeable weight management progress in as little as 2 weeks when paired with an exercise and nutrition plan. 

I actually saw a little boost after just 7 days!

My Results Using Naked’s Burn

To track my results, I used a Smart Scale to track my body fat, and I also used an Oura ring to track my sleep and total calorie burn.

I went from 23% to 22% body fat in just a week of using Naked Nutrition’s fat burner, Burn supplement. I had been stuck at 23% for months!! 

I also saw my daily total calorie burn increase from 1,749 to 2,142 by the end of week.

Granted, this could be because of my daily activities being different per day. With that said, it was pretty cool to see because I tried to stick to my normal routine as much as possible.

A drop of 1% may not seem like much, but keep in mind:

  • I am at goal weight and a healthy level of fat.
  • While it was 1% decrease in body fat, that is a 4.34% decrease of my overall body composition of fat.
  • I also did not change anything about my workouts or diet. 
  • It was only 7 days! They recommend a minimum of 14 days!

Knowing all of this, I feel confident that it worked for me, and someone with weight to lose or with a higher body fat amount could see bigger numbers.

Why did I just do 7 days?

I didn’t stop, but I don’t weigh everyday because it can mess with my mind, and I am at my current goal. With that said, I will use Burn before an event, trip, or with a large meal because I saw it worked for me and didn’t make me jittery.

Did I personally have any side effects?

Not really. I felt more energized and focused during the day which I loved!! I also felt like this energy helped my workouts.

I did stop taking a capsule at dinner after the 3rd day because it was taking me longer to fall asleep. I took it with breakfast and lunch.

How To Use

You take one capsule with a meal up to 3x a day. You shouldn’t exceed 3 capsules within 24 hours.

Fat Burner Side Effects

Besides a boost to your metabolism, you may also feel more alert and focused! 

Other fat burner side effects can also include headaches, increased heart rate, and more, so it’s important to talk to your doctor before beginning a supplement. I personally didn’t have any of these side effects.

Along with using a fat burner, here are 5 more simple ways you can lose weight in 14 days:

  • Get active – Add in a walk or workout
  • Counting macros can be helpful as well
  • Swap processed foods for fresh foods
  • Drink your water each day
  • Limit or cut-out alcohol
