Summer Fruit Salad Ingredients
- 2 cups thinly sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 cup halved fresh cherries, pitted
- 1 cup blueberries
- ½ cup raspberries
- ⅓ cup chopped toasted walnuts
The Dressing Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons lime juice (about 3 limes)
- 3 tablespoons honey
- ½ teaspoon orange juice (optional)
How to Make This Summer Fruit Salad
- Start by making your dressing. In a small saucepan combine your lime juice and honey over medium heat. Stir until the honey is completely mixed into the lime juice. Remove from the heat and stir in your orange juice if you’re using it. Let the dressing cool.
- In a large bowl, combine all of your berries. Top with the dressing and gently mix the salad.
- Top with your toasted walnuts!
