Keto Valentines Cookies (Red Velvet & Heart-Shaped)

These heart-shaped Keto Valentine’s Day Cookies are so delicious and perfect for that special someone you love!! They’re also low carb with no added sugar so they’ll help you stay on track with your New Year’s resolutions too!

Low Carb and Keto Valentine's Day Cookies

If you’ve been on keto for a while or are just starting — Valentine’s Day is full of temptations! So instead of filling up on traditional candy or completely bypassing the holiday, you can now enjoy these low carb and keto Valentine’s Day cookies!!

We love how rich and soft they are! Plus they are pretty enough to give as a gift or to take to the office for your co-workers!

What You’ll Need 

How to Make Keto Valentine’s Cookies

  • First line the baking sheets with parchment paper and preheat oven to 350°. 
  • In a large bowl, mix the butter and Stevia blend until light and fluffy.
  • Add in your in egg, extract and food coloring. Beat until mixed through.
  • In another bowl, whisk Carbquik, cocoa, baking powder and salt together; then gradually add and beat into the creamed mixture.
  • Stir in about half of your white chocolate chips with a spoon. (The other half will be used for decoration after)
  • Shape dough into 1 1/2-in. balls. Place 2 in. apart on baking sheets.
  • Spray a 3″ heart-shaped cookie cutter with non-stick spray and place cookie cutter over one dough ball. Using your finger press dough out to evenly fill the cookie cutter. Repeat until all the balls are made into hearts. (You may have to wipe and spay the cookie cutter in between every 2-3 cookies).
  • Bake 12-15 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and top with the remaining chips by lightly pressing them into the cookie.
  • Move cookies to cooling racks and let cool completely before serving.
  • Store covered in the refrigerator.

Heart-Shaped Red Velvet Keto Cookies (Low Carb, No Added Sugar)

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup Stevia
