How to Make This Super Food Strawberry Salad
- If you’re making the pecan brittle, this is your first step (and so worth it). Preheat your oven to 275˚F. Mix all of the brittle ingredients together until combined. Spread onto a small baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 35 minutes and let cool. When it’s cool, break into small pieces.
- As your brittle bakes, cook your farro according the package’s directions and let cool.
- In a separate bowl, combine all of your dressing ingredients together using a whisk.
- Combine all of the salad ingredients into a large bowl. Mix in the dressing and toss gently.
- Top with the pecan brittle.
