Key Lime Pie is one of my favorite summer treats. Since I could eat it every week (really every day), I had to find a healthy alternative, and I think you’ll love it too.

Below, I’ll share my favorite key lime pie filling, as well as, a way to make a single serving key lime pie!

Healthy Greek Yogurt Key Lime Pie

What You’ll Need:

  • 32 oz Fage 2% Plain or Vanilla Greek Yogurt (or brand of choice)
  • 1/4 Cup Lime Juice
  • 3/4 Cup Milk
  • 1 Graham Cracker Crust

How to Make it:

Mix and pour into 1 graham cracker crust.

Let sit and serve chilled

The vanilla yogurt makes it a little less tart versus the regular, but both are super yummy!

Single Serving Greek Yogurt Healthy Key Lime Pie

  • 1 Cup Greek Yogurt (I like Fage 2%)
  • 2 Tablespoons of Key Lime Juice
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1/4 Tablespoon Stevia
  • Top 1 Tablespoon with Vanilla Granola

You can turn it into a favorite party dessert too and still keep it healthy!
