Karen had asked me about adding in both of these workouts, and I started mixing them last week. Brazil Butt Lift has a few different calendars to help you get the right shape of your bottom. ;) This one focuses on slimming down with Asylum and building your bum with Brazil Butt Lift. Modify your workout to suit your needs. No one particular exercise routine is going to be what’s best for each unique person so be in tune with your body & what you can realistically keep up with long-term. You can always alter the Asylum Brazil Butt Lift Hybrid to make it work for you.
