Unfortunately Les Mills Combat has been discontinued. If you’re looking for a Combat substitute check out this mixed martial arts workout.
ChaLEAN Extreme and Combat are both for intermediate to advanced exercisers. ChaLEAN Extreme uses weights or bands. I personally use BoFlex weights, but bands are just as tough. Remember, you want to modify YOUR hybrid workout to suit YOUR needs.. no one particular workout routine is going to be what’s best for each unique person. Listen to YOUR body & what you can realistically keep up with long-term. Also, remember the ChaLEAN Extreme Combat hybrid is intense, and you should follow both program’s health protocol.

*This workout has 2-a-days which means you are working out twice a day. If you are just starting, you may want to print this hybrid and make it a longer workout schedule. I’d suggest making MWF one workout, and TT two.

Trying a workout routine that incorporates new moves, like this one does, is a great way to break fitness plateau to get your best results!
