The Combat TurboFire is very heavy cardio. As we age, we begin to lose muscle mass. Therefore, even if you need to lose weight, I’d recommend doing a strength and cardio hybrid while eating a healthy diet. Muscle keeps us looking younger and our bodies strong. This hybrid workout would be good for someone under 30 that is needing to lose weight because before 30 we still have a good amount of muscle. After 30, focus on a balanced hybrid with strength 2-3 days week for max results.
As always, modify your hybrid workout routines to suit your needs. There is no secret mixture of workouts or foods to get miraculous results. It takes hard work, consistency, and fining what works for you. Listen to your body, and consult your doctor before starting any workout routine.

Mixing up your routine a great way to break fitness plateau to get your best results!
