  1. Hey there! For week 11 on Thursday it says to do—>Insanity Fast and Furious/Pure Cardio. Am I supposed to do both workouts? Please help! =)

  2. Thank you for this! I just finished Insanity, but, couldn’t decide if I wanted to do ChaLEAN or Insanity again! I decided to do both in a hybrid, but, couldn’t find a schedule :)
