Les Mills Combat TurboFire Hybrid - HIIT

The Les Mills Combat TurboFire Hybrid is designed to include more high intensity interval (HIIT) workouts than the traditional Combat or TurboFire schedules. I am planning on using the two-a-day Combat TurboFire hybrid, but I am not a certified trainer or nutritionist. Consult your doctor before beginning any workout or hybrid, and listen to your body during every workout. I designed TWO hybrids using these workouts. One was by request, and this one is the one I am personally going to follow.

The Les Mills Combat TurboFire Hybrid is a awesome way to blast belly fat faster because of the HIIT workouts.  Also, remember to hydrate & be fueled with waterShakeology, and as many whole foods as possible. In addition, you want to be within your calorie range for optimal energy (Find your calorie range here) for fat burning and muscle building and/or maintenance!

  1. Do you mean for one workout to be done after the other? Or do you typically do one workout in the morning and the second later in the day?

    I just started this hybrid today and I am super excited to combine my two favorite programs!

    1. You can do them one after the other — just make sure you’ve had enough to eat before because it’ll take some fuel! :) :) We like to do ours one in the morning and one at night but know that’s not always possible.
