Les Mills PUMP ChaLEAN Extreme Hybrid Workout
You can always modify this Pump ChaLEAN Extreme hybrid to suit your needs. I chose to combine the two strength workouts to help limit the size of my muscle mass. This will help you mix your toning and mass workouts; however, it is light on cardio. Personally, I focus on my strength workouts 3 days a week, and then add in cardio. You could use the ChaLEAN workouts outlined or add in your own favorite cardio workouts on Tuesday and Thursday for this Pump ChaLEAN Extreme hybrid.
Remember :: No one particular exercise routine is going to be what’s best for each unique person. Focus on your goals and what is reasonable for you long-term. Also, remember you should follow both program’s health protocol.
Mixing up your routine a great way to break fitness plateaus; I suggest this schedule along with reading the post How to Break Fitness Plateau’s to get your best results!
