I have been mixing Les Mills PUMP, TurboFire, and ChaLEAN Extreme together, but a friend sent me a P90X TurboFire Body Beast Hybrid. She is a tough chickie with an amazing body so I had to share it with you!

I like your hybrid schedules.
A response is appreciated.
I have to maintain my Martial Arts while on the 90 Day programs.
I can either do 20 minutes of MA practice as a warm-up before Body Beast or the P 90 X strength workouts.
The BB bulk being only 30 would fit in nicely.
I don’t need excess flexibility work or cardio since my 20 minutes MA covers that.
Looking for physique and muscle to compliment my MA without overtraining.
