Each month, your rank is determined by your personal and team sales volume. You “start over” each month, but you hold your highest achieved rank for one year.

(No cap — unlimited potential!) - Team Building Bonus:
- $100 for each month you’re paid as Senior Advocate
- $200 for each month you’re paid as Mentor or higher
- If you’re paid as a Mentor, you’ll earn $200 total (not stacked with the Senior Advocate bonus).
