Spicy Paleo Shrimp Stir Fry Recipe for Two (1 Skillet Recipe)

This is such a quick and easy dinner to throw together, and it looks like something super fancy! We love that it fits into our meal plan and fitness goals as well!

What You’ll Need

  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 1.5 lb Shrimp raw, deveined, tails removed
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 Cup Snow Peas
  • 1 Cup Mushrooms, chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Coconut Aminos
  • 2 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Ginger minced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 Green Onions, chopped

How to Make It

This is such a simple dinner to make! The hardest part is prepping the shrimp, and you can even buy deveined, peeled shrimp to save time if you want!

  1. Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet over medium to high heat. Add in all of the veggies and cook until tender (about 5 minutes).
  2. Stir in the shrimp and let it cook together for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add in the sesame seed oil and toss it all together.  
  4. Remove from heat and garnish with green onions.
