How to Make a Healthy Pumpkin Spice Mug Cake

  1. Place the coconut oil in a mug and microwave for 15-20 seconds until it’s melted.
  2. Next, add the coconut flour, almond flour, pumpkin puree, and baking soda to the mug. Pour in the apple cider vinegar, making sure it touches the baking soda to create a fizzing reaction.
  3. Then, mix in the vanilla extract, egg, honey, and spices, ensuring everything is well combined.
