Can you make this Summer pasta salad gluten-free?

Yes! You’ll just want to find gluten-free penne noodles.

How to Store Leftovers

If you have leftover strawberry pasta salad, you can store it in an airtight container and refrigerate up to 4 days. When you ready to eat it again, you can serve it cold.

We also have been known to just cover the salad bowl with aluminum foil, but the avocado turns brown faster this way. It lasts about 2-3 days like this.
