We fell in love with body scrubs years ago, but they were so expensive! We were paying $15-25 per container, and we wanted a cheaper option!

That’s when we figured out you can make body scrubs with everyday kitchen items like sugar, salt, grains, and coffee! Our favorite scrub is a sugar scrub because of the soft brown sugar crystals that gently exfoliate!

Coffee, Sugar, and Coconut Oil Scrub Benefits

  1. Coffee — It contains caffeine which can help reduce the appearance of cellulite!
  2. Brown Sugar – The sugar allows you to gently remove dead skin and get to that fresh, soft skin!
  3. Coconut Oil – We love coconut oil because it’s a natural moisturizer!

We recommend using your sugar scrub every other day or a couple times a week. This will help you exfoliate and moisturize but not over do it and irritate your skin.
