What does it taste like?

It reminded us a little bit of the Pumpkin Spice Shakeology. It does have more of a caramel taste though.

Like the pumpkin spice, we prefer this flavor with milk (regular or almond milk) or a little heavy cream versus mixing it with just water.

Out of all of the Shakeology flavors, we prefer chocolate.

What time is Salted Caramel Shakeology available?

It seems weird, but it’s the seasonal flavor in the Summer. 

In the Fall, they’ll have Pumpkin Spice, and the Winter flavor is our favorite — Peppermint Mocha!

Is it vegan?

Yes, Salted Caramel Shakeology, as well as the other seasonal flavors, are all vegan at this time. 

Is there any dairy?

No, it is a vegan product that is plant-based so it is made without dairy ingredients.

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 3/4 cup ice
  • 1 scoop Salted Caramel Plant-Based Vegan Shakeology
  • ½ medium banana
  • 1 medium Medjool date, pitted
  • ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon


  1. Mix together and blend in a blender until smooth.
