Joel’s 25 Minute Speed Train is designed for busy people wanting to build strength, burn fat, and get a lean and toned look without being the gym for hours.

Joel Freeman’s Newest Workout Program Details

Joel has said he hopes this program will inspire you and give you a jumpstart to becoming your happiest and healthiest self.

  • It’s called 25 Minute Speed Train, and it’s focus is to get people moving!
  • The workouts include targeted volume training.
  • Workouts will be 25 minutes / 7 days a week.
  • The program will be 8 weeks long.
  • Expect a mix of upper body, lower body, full body, and core days.
  • One workout per week is a mobility day.
  • The workouts are filmed at his home gym versus a studio.
  • It’ll be available to stream June 2025.

What is Targeted Volume Training?

Targeted Volume Training is when you mix varying intensities, tempos, and muscle groups during a workout. This helps to burn fat, increase endurance, and build strength.

What equipment will I need?

You’ll need dumbbells and resistance loops for Joel’s newest workouts.

Will BODi members have to purchase 25 Minute Speed Train?

In the past, BODi members had to buy access to new programs; however, Joel announced that this program will be available for ALL subscribers in June!
