21 Day Fix PiYo Hybrid Meals
I suggest following the 21 Day Fix meal plan when you’re doing the 21 Day Fix PiYo Hybrid. You’ll be burning about the same about of calories as you do with the traditional 21 Day Fix calendar, so whatever range of containers you normally eat on the Fix will be perfect for this hybrid.
Our 21 Day Fix PiYo Hybrid was based on our 21 Day Challenge we offer every month. It’s 3 weeks, but you can always add in more weeks or do multiple rounds of the hybrid.
