The T25 TurboFire is a heavy cardio hybrid workout. It is going to be a full body workout though, and you will see new tone and definition in your muscle. If you are over 30 though, you may need to do a strength-based workout like Body Beast, ChaLEAN Extreme, or P90X. Muscle keeps us looking younger and our bodies strong. After 30, focus on a balanced hybrid with strength 2-3 days week for max results.

As always, modify your hybrid workout routines to suit your needs. There is no secret formula of workouts or foods to get miraculous results. It takes hard work, consistency, and fining what works for you. Listen to your body, and consult your doctor before starting any workout routine.

I also highly recommend looking at the T25 Challenge Pack or the TurboFire Challenge Pack because they are both discounted! You get the workout, Shakeology, and a 30 day Club Membership which comes with a meal planner! You may have to use the lower impact HIIT’s with TurboFire in the challenge pack, but I still think it’s a great deal and program.

Also, remember that drinking water, recovering with ShakeologyResults & Recovery formula, and eating as many whole foods as possible will amp your results. In addition, you want to be within your calorie range for optimal energy (Find your calorie range here) for fat burning and muscle building and/or maintenance for the T25 TurboFire hybrid!!

    1. Strength training is my favorite :) T25 is no joke though. Since I hate cardio I would rather do something short like this or a TurboFire HIIT workout. I love the power and shape strength training gives me though. It’s just more fun. :)

    Second, a quick query. On Week 1 of this hybrd, when you say “Turbo 30,” which workout are you referring to? I did Fire 30, as I couldn’t find a workout called “Turbo 30.” Thanks

  2. hat can I do in place of the turbofire advanced workouts: abs 10, tone 30 and fire 60. As I purchasd mine from beachbody UK as the advanced ones were not available to the UK? :)

English is not my first language so I apologize in advance for any misspelled words… Thank you for all the info about Beachbody trainings, I am an extremely lazy woman but this quarentaine, having 20 kg overweight, the fact that I’m about to be 30 and a 3 y.o babyboy is pushing me to do some changes in my life. I decided to start training with Freeletics (about 2.5 weeks) but I lik sweating and I believe that “no pain no gain” so about a week ago I started with Insanity… Needless to say I was terrible but I managed to finish week one at my own pace the problem now is that my right knee is sore and I’m exhausted and since it’s too hard I’m feeling disappointed on my performance instead of feeling motivated… I have to say It was helpful to read in your review that it was hard even for you girls that are used to excersise but even though, I feel like quitting… Would you recommend the T25 better for an “absolute beginner” who likes sweating a lot like me? Do you have any advice for my sore knee? I also read your review on the P90 which one would be better toio get a beautiful “bikini body”???

    1. Hi Nina! Thanks for your message! I think it’s really great that you are getting healthy for yourself and little boy! I would try T25 or 21 Day Fix, and I would skip the jumping to help protect your knee. Out of the two programs, the 21 Day Fix is my favorite, but I’d recommend trying both and seeing what you think. I know jumping is tempting for the extra sweaty burn, but it can be hard on your joints. So I try to just make my movements really big with my hands and legs versus jumping to keep my heart rate high versus jumping.

      Also, finding a good balanced diet you can follow will help with your weight loss as well. We like 2B Mindset, Ultimate Portion Fix, or a 90/10 diet. :)

        I just wanted to thank you for taking the time to reply as well as your email follow up <3 I also wanted to share that this was my first week doing T25 tomorrow is 'Staturday' and I'm confident that my numbers will rock!! so far I'm loving it! I sweat a lot, Shawn T push you hard like in Insanity but this is waaay more doable for an absolute beginner, former smoker like me, even though it's non-stop for 25min … Of course I'm always following Tanya 😅 because my knees are still sore… but so far it's just what I was looking for!! I just wish the modified exercise were more visible 🤷

        1. Hey Nina! We’re so glad to hear you are liking T25!! Tanya’s modifications are still hard and definitely work!!! :) If you continue with the newer Shaun T workouts like Insanity Max 30 and Transform 20, the modifier is way more visible too! :)
