I started the 21 Day Fix by Autumn Calabrese as part of a coach test group in October 2013. By the end of the 21 days, I had lost 11lbs and 5.5 inches. I had even been working out and eating well before, and I never starved on the diet or cut food groups. Plus she focuses on doing a total body workout 3 times a week.
I know that sounds a little wild, but the program was easy to follow and workouts were tough. I also knew I would be sending in my before and after’s that potentially the whole world which added in a little motivation. I made sure I kept specifically to the program and was amazed by it.
The 21 Day Fix’s workouts are amazing and only 30 minutes! Autumn is great about showing you the proper form in all of her videos, and the moves work multiple muscle groups which helps tone the body and burn more calories at once.
For this total body workout at home, I chose to use 5 of her 3 minute videos to create a total body workout. You can always go through the circuit twice for a longer workout though, or check out the 21 Day Fix which includes DVDs and her nutrition plan.
The only thing I don’t like about her YouTube videos is that they have a longer introduction (about 20-30 seconds). If you plan on doing this 15 minute total body workout twice a day for an extra challenge, I’d leave each workout paused where you are ready to start.
