Who is Rockin Body for?

I would say Rockin Body is great for someone just starting to workout or wanting to do something fun. The Rockin Body workouts are not going to be extreme or too advanced, and they would be great for a beginner or someone needing to lose a significant amount of weight. If you’ve done T25, Rockin Body or Hip Hop Abs is probably going to be too easy for you.

What workouts are included with Rockin Body?

  • Mark, Move & Groove – a workout to teach you the moves (15 minutes)
  • Disco Groove (35 minutes)
  • Party Express (25 minutes)

    1. Hey Becky! You can start losing 1-2lbs in 1 week. In about 2 weeks, you’ll be able to see some changes, and by week 6 your family and friends will be able to see the differences. Does that make sense?

      How long have you been doing Rockin Body? How do you like it?

  1. I’m currently doing the 30 plan. I’m halfway into week 3. Family and friends have noticed a difference. But I have not lost to much weight. Is prolonged use of the program when the shedding of weight will show?

    1. Have you taken your measurements as well? You are going to continue to see inches and lbs come off the longer you work :)

  2. I love this program. It`s fantastic. I do have a question. Are the routines Move and mark, Party express etc etc. are they to be done one after the other or split that day. Say one in the morning another in the early evening. Would there be any benefits to split or keep together?
