It’s a Telehealth platform with a mission towards longevity. They have a top doctor network and partner with 503A and 503B pharmacies to offer prescription-grade peptide therapies like GLP, GIP, and more.

What do EllieMD Brand Partners Do?

EllieMD Brand Partners connect potential customers to the EllieMD platform using their referral link.

The potential customer is able to learn more about each option, see pricing, and work with a licensed provider to set up their peptide therapy.

When the customer picks out the items they’d like, they are guided to a medical questionnaire that a physician will look over and help them with health and longevity goals.

From there the prescription is issued to EllieMD’s partner pharmacy and shipped directly to the customer’s door.

EllieMD also offers support communication 24/7 for customers so they can always talk to a medical professional. 

Do you have to have a medical background to be an Ellie Brand Partner?

While med spas, chiropractors, and some functional health coaches are EllieMD Brand Partners, you do not have to be a medical expert or in the medical field to join.

Brand Partners can just share their experience and connect their friends and followers to EllieMD.

What Your Customers Actually Experience

Once you send someone your referral link, they’ll be able to look at all of the options EllieMD offers.

Then, they’ll go through a medical intake form which a board-certified MD will review and then create a personalized treatment plan based on his or her goals.

The customer then reviews the plan, provides consent, and then the prescription is sent to EllieMD’s partner pharmacy to be fulfilled.

It’s then shipped directly to your customer! He or she has access to their care team for dosage guidance and medical guidance throughout their program.

You earn a commission every time their order ships.

This is what separates EllieMD from companies that sell blanket supplements.

Customers are receiving prescription-grade peptides, reviewed and prescribed by state-licensed medical providers, dispensed for purity and product quality through a vetted partner pharmacy.

Brand Partners earn income by connecting customers to the system, not by selling medication or earning from doctors or pharmacies.

You literally just refer people to EllieMD.

Payouts are structured as weekly bonuses and a monthly commission payout around the 15th of each month.

How much Commission Do Ellie MD Brand Partners Make?

The primary way Brand Partners earn is through commissions on customer orders placed through their personal referral link.

Commissions start at 20% and go up to 40% depending on volume. Based on the typical order size, a reasonable estimate you could make off one new customer is $44-$92 per month.

Most customers are on ongoing prescription program, and you earn a commission each time their order ships. So you earn that $44-92 every time it ships.

To put that into perspective:

• 10 active customers is approximately $440–$920/month
• 20 active customers is approximately $880–$1,840/month
• 50 active customers is approximately $2,200–$4,600/month

The more customers you bring in and retain, the more your monthly income can stabilize and grow.

Do EllieMD Partners Earn Commission on Their Own Orders?

Yes! Because EllieMD operates within a prescription-based system, traditional product discounts don’t apply to Brand Partners. However, partners do earn commission on their own orders placed through their referral link.

So if you’re personally using EllieMD’s products already, this can help you offset the cost.

Do Brand Partners Have to Grow a Team?

While EllieMD allows you to build a team by referring other people to become Brand Partners, it isn’t required.

You can focus purely on commission income from customers.

If you do decide to build a team, you can earn additional volume-based bonuses as your team’s combined activity grows.

It’s $79 to enroll, and there is a $8 technology fee each month to maintain your EllieMD website.

You must also have 300 PV (personal volume) within a rolling six-month period.

What’s the 300PV thing?

The 300 PV requirement can be met through customer orders, personal purchases, or a combination of both.

For most active partners, this threshold is easy to maintain through regular customer activity alone.

Cons

• It takes time to build traction — Most partners don’t see consistent income right away. It typically requires weeks of consistent activity before conversations turn into customers.
• Customer retention matters. Your recurring income depends on customers staying active on their programs
• Results vary significantly based on effort, network, and consistency.
