WHAT DOES THE ELLIEMD COMPENSATION PLAN ACTUALLY LOOK LIKE?

EllieMD uses a commission-based structure tied to its Telehealth platform. Brand Partners earn income through customer activity linked to their personal referral link.

Customers complete a medical intake, and a state-licensed healthcare provider reviews their information to determine an appropriate treatment plan in accordance with applicable laws.

3 things are worth understanding upfront:

1. Income is tied to customer activity. When a customer orders, you earn. You also earn every time their subscription ships.
2. The model is built around recurring orders. Most customers are on ongoing prescription programs often based on 90-day cycles. 
3. Payouts are processed through PayQuicker. Brand Partners receive weekly payouts every Thursday, plus a monthly bonus payout on the 15th. Payments typically clear within 1–3 business days depending on your account settings.

HOW EllieMD BRAND PARTNERS EARN

1. 20-40% Commission on Customer Orders

The primary way Brand Partners earn is through commissions on customer orders placed through their personal referral link.

When a customer checks out through your link, that order is credited to your Brand Partner account.

Commissions range from 20–40% depending on volume and tier.

EllieMD reports a 91% customer retention rate which means you’re likely to keep that customer and have her reorder multiple months.

From my own experience:

The majority of my clients have gone well beyond that initial 3-month period because they love how they’re feeling, they appreciate having access to a licensed medical team, and the convenience of having everything delivered keeps them consistent.

Even adding just one new customer per month, with most of them staying active, means that income compounds rather than plateaus.

2. RECURRING INCOME FROM SUBSCRIPTION RENEWALS

Because most customers are on ongoing prescription programs, a single referral can generate commission month after month.

Each new customer you bring in adds to your existing income rather than replacing it.

3. COMMISSION ON YOUR OWN ORDERS

Because EllieMD operates within a prescription-based system, traditional product discounts don’t apply. However, Brand Partners do earn commission on personal orders placed through their own referral link.

For partners who are personally using EllieMD’s products, this helps offset the cost of their own program over time.

A note on using the products yourself:

I don’t use everything EllieMD offers because not all of it aligns with my personal health goals. But going through the intake process and trying some of the products has genuinely made me a better resource for the people I work with.

4. TEAM BASED BONUSES

EllieMD is structured as an affiliate-plus model. You can build a team of Brand Partners, which can unlock additional volume-based bonuses.

This is not required. You can earn income entirely through customer commissions without ever recruiting another partner.

5. PERFORMANCE INCENTIVES

New Partner Quick Start Bonus: New Brand Partners can qualify for a $50 bonus by reaching 500 PV within their first 30 days — designed to reward partners who hit the ground running early.

Ongoing incentives: EllieMD offers additional incentives exclusively for Brand Partners, including leadership events, swag, and travel opportunities tied to performance milestones. The next trip is Cancun, October 8–12, 2026.

How much does it cost be an EllieMD Brand Partner?

There is a $79 one-time fee to enroll as an EllieMD Brand Partner. There is also a $8 monthly fee that covers your account and personal EllieMD website.

The only other requirement is to maintain 300 PV within a rolling 6-month period. This can be from your customer or personal orders or a combination.

PV (personal volume) represents the dollar value of orders flowing through your Brand Partner account. For most active partners, 300 PV over six months is easy to maintain through regular customer activity.

How is this different from other wellness affiliate companies out there?

The clearest way I can explain it: EllieMD is a medical platform. What you’re connecting people to are prescription-grade treatments reviewed and personalized by licensed providers, dispensed through a legitimate pharmacy.

That is fundamentally different from a general supplement made for the masses. Supplements typically aren’t reviewed by a doctor, personalized to you, and don’t come with ongoing access to a medical team.

For Brand Partners, that distinction matters for two reasons: it’s easier to talk about something you genuinely believe in, and customer retention is significantly higher when the product is delivering real, personalized results.

HONEST ANSWERS TO COMMON QUESTIONS

Is this an MLM?

EllieMD is set up as an affiliate plus model.

You can choose to focus completely on customer commissions. Team-building is optional and supplemental. If you never recruit anyone, you can still build a meaningful income through customer activity alone.

Is EllieMD legitimate?

I completely understand the skepticism because wellness has a lot of noise in it. What stood out to me is that these are prescription-grade treatments reviewed by licensed providers, not another supplement trend. It’s a real medical platform with real results. 

Is it safe?

These are prescription medications reviewed by licensed physicians — often board-certified MDs — and are part of a structured medical care process, not just general lifestyle supplements. It’s personalized, prescription-based, and fulfilled through a legitimate pharmacy. 

Do customers really need a prescription?

Yes! A licensed provider reviews their health information and determines whether it’s a good fit, and a prescription is required.

What about cost? is it affordable for customers?

EllieMD offers Klarna and PayPal Pay Later, so customers have options to spread the cost out.

That removes one of the biggest barriers for people who are interested but cautious about the upfront investment.

Can’t customers just use supplements instead?

These are prescription-grade compounds designed to support weight loss, longevity, and the treatment of certain conditions at a deeper, cellular level, which is different from general supplements.

This is a different category entirely from general supplements. For people who have tried supplements without the results they were hoping for, this is often the reason why.

Do I have to use the products to be a Brand Partner?

No. But going through the process and trying some of the products has helped me talk about them from a real place. I use the microdose GLP/GIP and glutathione.

I don’t use everything because not all of it fits my goals — and that’s honest. You don’t have to either.

How quickly can I earn?

Income builds as your customer base grows. It is not immediate, but because of the recurring structure, each customer you add continues to contribute month after month.
