Daily Sunshine Fruit Dip

Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1½ cups coconut milk (or soy) yogurt
  • 4 scoops Strawberry Banana Daily Sunshine
  • 1 large banana, cut into chunks
  • 2 cups medium strawberries

Instructions

  1. Place almond milk, yogurt, Daily Sunshine, and banana in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
  2. Serve dip with strawberries.

Notes

  • We used almond milk, but you could also use unsweetened coconut milk from a carton.
  • You could also dip in apples, pears, bananas, or other fruit.
  • Each serving is about 3/4 cup.
