The T25 ChaLEAN Extreme Hybrid Schedule is going to help you whip you into shape in less than an hour (even on double days!). T25 is an intense cardio workout focuses mostly on interval training, and ChaLEAN Extreme has you lifting heavy resistance for a low amount of reps. The mixture of advanced cardio training and strength training is going to shred even someone that has even been working out for a while. I suggest following the T25 meal guide or looking into the Whole 30 for the 10 week hybrid for max results! Remember your diet is 70-80% of your results so don’t skip out!
Don’t have time to eat healthy? Focus on having a protein, veggie and healthy fat at every meal.
Breakfast: eggs with ghee, bacon, and a tomato.
Lunch: Shakeology with Coconut milk
Snack: Apple with Sunflower butter
Dinner: Chicken Avocado Salad

Thanks for this! It’s great! You say it’s an 8 week hybrid, but the schedule is 10 weeks. Clarification on this?

Thanks! this looks great! Started yesterday. It’s perfect, i get the cardio i need and the amount of weights i want. I couldn’t make up my mind if to start T25 or chalean extreme again.. so this made me super happy LOL thanks again!

I am in week 5 of T25 and wondered if you recommend I complete the entire program before starting this hybrid routine. I miss the weights from Chalene XT.

I think it’s all about what is going to keep you motivated. I would personally start the hybrid. :) How do you like T25 so far? I love ChaLEAN too!! : ) It’s probably my favorite out of everything — it or the 21 Day Fix!
I love T25. I find it very challenging and I consider myself to be in pretty good shape. I also love ChaLEAN and how it gives me definition. I’m 46 years old and am worried that with all the cardio from T25 I may start losing my hard earned muscle. So I think I will try the hybrid and see how it goes. Thanks for the advice.
I’m completing the T25/Chalene Extreme hybrid workout in two days. It was such a great program and I stayed motivated throughout the 10 weeks. I love the muscle I’ve gained and I’m glad to have worked through my fear of doing T25 Beta. My next plan will be the Piyo/Chalean Extreme hybrid. Thanks for the calendars!
Thanks for the hyberid. Its my first time doing one. I have finished two 1st phases from clx and almost all of t25(while ago for t25)
Would like to ask, is it overtraining if u do both programs in one day? Or any other 2 programs? I read some where it is too much to do but would like to see ur advice
Two years back i tried that with bbl and a short 12 mints program (PACE by dr alsears) and when done i was exhusted and tired
