HUM Mighty Night Review: Did it Help Our Sleep or Skin?

We think of HUM’s Mighty Night as our internal anti-aging serum. Not only has it helped our fine lines and skin’s texture, but it’s actually helped us sleep through the night!

If you’re new here, we’re a mother-daughter team in our 50’s and 30’s. We use medical grade skincare, follow a Mediterranean Diet, and we share what we love (and don’t love) here on the blog.

We’ve been working with HUM for a few months, and we’ve enjoyed getting to try several of their supplements. While we’ve received about a half dozen of products for free to test, Mighty Night and Omega The Great have been our favorites.

Melatonin gave us nightmares, and ashwagandha didn’t touch us.

Why We Love Mighty Night

We can’t say enough good things about Mighty Night. We had hope it might have a small effect on our sleep and skin, but the results have us blown away.

We saw an improvement in our sleep on the 1st night!

We not only felt the difference, but our sleep tracker, an Oura Ring, asked us what we did differently to have such an improvement in our sleep!

We still were skeptical though. Was it just a fluke? So we didn’t take it for a few days, and then tried it again.

Sure enough – we slept better with it, and our Oura noticed the huge difference too!
