I’m pretty picky when it comes to shakes. I decided to try Nutrisystem earlier this year, and they were a bonus in my pack. I actually really liked them, and they don’t require a blender which is a perk! Below you’ll find my full review on the Nutrisystem Turbo Shakes.

How to Make the Shakes
It’s super simple. You can mix them with milk or fruit, but I just did water.
I just mixed the shake with about a cup to 12 oz of cold water with ice. Then, I shook all of it in a shaker cup.
Is it my favorite shake?
No. While it’s a great shake, and I’d drink it again, it’s not my favorite.
I prefer Shakeology if I’m going to spend the money.
It’s similar in price and flavor, but the ingredients are cleaner.
With that said – I think they’re great for busy people on the go that love this plan.
How Much Do Nutrisystem Turbo Shakes Cost?
They are typically included with your first month for free! You can also order additional shakes to fit into your menu if you want too!
