Other Shakeology Flavors

We’re going to focus on Vanilla Shakeology in this post, but there are several different flavors to pick from.

They are:

  • Chocolate (+ a plant based option)
  • Vanilla (+ a plant based option)
  • Strawberry
  • Cafe Latte
  • Tropical Strawberry
  • Greenberry (being discontinued Summer of 2020)
  • Pumpkin (plant based + seasonal)
  • Peppermint Mocha (plant based + seasonal)

What’s the best way to mix Shakeology?

We prefer to mix our Shakeology in a blender using 8-12 oz of liquid and about 1/2 cup of ice. If you’re looking for a thicker milkshake consistency, we’d recommend less liquid and a little more ice to make it thicker.

You may also want to add in heavy cream, almond or cashew milk, or avocado to make your shakes creamier.

Tips to keep in mind for these Vanilla Shakeology Recipes

We know you’re super excited to try out these Vanilla Shakeology Recipes, and we know you’ll love how easy they are to make!

Here are a few tips to keep you on track with your goals!

  • Track Your Calories

As you add in more than just Shakeology to your smoothies, the calories will bump a bit too. Make sure to include all of the ingredients into your tracking app or journal.

  • Choose Your Liquid Carefully

Skim or Almond Milk are great choices for a creamier shake, but they do contain extra calories. Look for unsweetened options to cut out extra sugars and calories.

  • Use a Blender When Possible

A blender is going to help you have the best smoothie possible especially if you’re mixing in fruits and vegetables!

We love this single-serve blender!

As you can see, these Vanilla Shakeology recipes aren’t hard at all. Get started experimenting with the tastes and flavors and have fun!
