If you’re short on time, the 21 Day Fix 22 Minute Hard Corps hybrid is perfect for you! 22 Minute Hard Corps with Tony Horton will quip you into shape using mostly your body weight, and Autumn’s 21 Day Fix is awesome for total body workouts to tone all over!
Your Meals
We suggest following the 21 Day Fix meal plan. It’s so easy to follow, and no food is ever off limits! If you aren’t sold on the container system, we also have 2-week meal plans available for free here.
Supplements
Supplements can be used in this hybrid or skipped. I personally Energize before my workout to get me ready to push myself, and Recover after my workout. Recover has helped with my muscle tone and soreness. You can get a sampler of both now or a bundle of those 2 supplements here.
