As I impatiently wait for the release of Hammer & Chisel, Autumn Calabrese and Body Beast’s new workout, I put together a 21 Day Fix Extreme Body Beast Hybrid to keep me seeing max results.

21 Day Fix Extreme Body Beast Hyrbid

Hammer & Chisel is designed to give you strength, endurance, and agility. I designed the 21 Day Fix Extreme Body Beast hybrid to accomplish the same goals.

The Set Up

Body Beast is a 3 month program, and 21 Day Fix Extreme is obviously 3-weeks so I chose an 8 week schedule. Anything lower I usually get bored. You only need the basic programs to complete this hybrid.

You could also add in yoga or pilates 1x a week or swap it for a cardio day if you are trying to improve your flexibility.

The 21 Day Fix Extreme Body Beast Hybrid Meal Plan

I personally used the 21 Day Fix meal plan and bumped up to the next set of containers. It’s been hinted that Hammer and Chisel’s meal plan will do the same.

I also use Energize as my pre-workout supplement for energy and Recover right after for best muscle growth and less soreness. Read more on both of them here. They have other supplements, but those are my favorites and what I use regularly. Autumn & Sagi both recommend them for Hammer and Chisel too!
